To implement this strategy, we apply rigorous and systematic focus in our efforts to identify the highest quality markets and partnerships.

While we systematically evaluate geographies to identify the most attractive markets, our investment strategy is driven by returns, not by geography. Although we focus on the best markets, we are ultimately focused on GPs and their performance.

Our approach is intensely research driven, both “Top-down” and “Bottom-up.”

We apply this top-down/bottom-up approach by regularly “mapping” each market in which we participate.

We also maintain forward-calendars of hundreds of GPs which are similarly devised and updated through an intensive top-down/bottom-up process. We invest with a select universe of elite managers we believe to be among the top five percent of those we track.
